Job Description
CCAP Mission Statement - To empower all people and communities, challenged by poverty as well as social and cultural barriers, through advocacy, education, and access to high quality health and human services.
Process patients in a timely manner, assist providers and patients, respect the confidentiality of agency and clients. Gathering of demographic and financial information for billing, obtain height, weight, temperature and blood pressure, record information in chart for provider review. Obtain urine samples, throat culture, perform fingerstick blood sugar and hemoglobin - Obtain reason for visit and history of allergies.
Work Schedule Demands
This is a full-time position. Must be able to work evenings and rotating Saturdays as scheduled. Occasional unscheduled overtime may be required in the event of vacation time or short staffing. May be required to work in either Family Health Services' locations.
