Proficiency in respiratory therapy techniques and procedures.

Strong patient assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making skills.

Effective communication and patient education abilities.

Knowledge of life support techniques and equipment management.

Accurate documentation and data interpretation.

Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care.

Education & Experience

Required :

Graduate of a National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)–approved and accredited Respiratory Therapist program.

Preferred :

Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or related healthcare field.

Licensure & Certifications :

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC.

Current state license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and / or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
