What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing commercial construction projects from precon to close-out with absolute ownership.Running schedules, budgets, subs, and documentation with discipline and precision.Leading teams, solving problems quickly, and maintaining professional communication at all times.Enforcing systems, repeatable workflows, and standardized processes across every stage of the project.Ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on time, without excuses.What This Role Really Means
