We are seeking skilled ICU Registered Nurses to provide critical care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments. As part of a high-performing team, you will deliver patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and respond to critical changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications, procedures, and interventions safely and effectively
- Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary care team
