McCarthy Auto Group is looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to assist with identifying and pursuing opportunities to acquire quality pre-owned vehicles for the dealership inventory. This role focuses on managing and following up with potential sellers, scheduling appointments, and supporting the team in meeting monthly vehicle acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound and outbound leads related to vehicle acquisition in a timely and professional manner.
- Contact private sellers, customers, and other potential sources to gather vehicle details and schedule appraisal appointments.
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity updates within the CRM system.
- Coordinate and confirm appointment times, ensuring the acquisition team's schedule is organized and efficient.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the acquisition process.
- Monitor local market activity to identify new acquisition opportunities and potential sources of inventory.
Qualifications :
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments simultaneously.Proficient in CRM systems and general computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.McCarthy Employment Perks
