Starting Pay   $18 per hour +

Required Experience   At least 2 years of experience

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive experience. A significant part of this role involves balancing customer needs with administrative accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support : Respond to customer calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently.
• Administrative Support : Process orders, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Light Accounting Tasks : Assist the finance department with tasks such as invoice processing , verifying payment accuracy, basic data entry for receivables / payables, and generating simple financial reports.
• Technical Assistance (A Plus!) : Provide basic troubleshooting or information regarding our small engine products (e.g., mowers, generators, power tools).
