Construction Administrator
PrideStaff Financial on behalf of their client located in Fort Lauderdale is looking for an experienced Construction Administrator who can assist with the day to day at a busy and growing constructions company. Responsibilities include creating and sending customer proposals, creating purchase orders to subcontractors, inputting invoices through QuickBooks, maintaining files, creating customer accounts and vendor accounts and new job orders. Qualifications include knowledge in QuickBooks, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Minimum of three years experience in administration and customer service is required. A team player with a positive attitude is necessary. Bilingual is a plus! Construction background is a must!
