As a Full Time Registered Nurse youll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Wellness Center located in Kingsport TN. The scheduled hours are :

Week 1 : Monday 8am-6pm Tuesday 9 : 30am-5 : 00pm Wednesday 9am-4 : 30pm Thursday 8am-4pm

Week 2 : Monday 7am-5 : 30pm Tuesday 7am-4pm Thursday 7am-6pm Friday 7am-2 : 30pm Saturday 8am-1pm

Strong Phlebotomy skills are required

What Youll Do

Assesses patient care needs conducts nursing evaluations and provides treatment within scope of practice

Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed

Performs and documents medical tests screenings and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG audiometry spirometry vision)

Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice

Maintains medical equipment ensures a clean and safe environment and follows infection control procedures

Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records

Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care

Performs other duties as assigned

What Youll Bring

Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelors degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred

Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required

Current certification with hands-on training in AHA ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services

Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN / COHN-S) Emergency Nursing or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites

At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic
