Shift Details : M-F, 2 late shifts (that is the requirement for bilingual agents). Hybrid position

• Finding Provider(s) / Services for members
• Responsible for all benefits information given to Members and Providers.
• Responsible for assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and resolution of claims issues.
• Answer billing / claims status questions; resolve claim issues for members.
