• Work directly with Nicole Blakeman, Team Captain , supporting her leadership and ensuring the smooth flow of our business.
• Be a trusted point of contact for clients and partners.
• Manage loan files, gather and review documents, and keep deals moving forward.
• Communicate proactively with clients, Realtors, attorneys, and teammates—no surprises, no dropped balls.
• Own the details : deadlines, follow-ups, and the “little things” that make a huge difference.

• Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
• Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator / loan officer
• Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed
• Answer questions about transactions for clients and company employees to help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications :
• Understand basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable / fixed, commercial loans, etc.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team
• Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
• Although not required, having an NMLS license or training is preferred
• Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support in a professional office or mortgage environment Compensation : $45,000 - $60,000 yearly plus bonus

Compensation :

$45,000-$60,000 per year
