WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer Manager to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on understanding the technical business needs of our customers around the world.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Leadership and management of a team of Solutions Engineers focused on Mid-Enterprise accounts in our West region.
• Recruit, retain, develop and coach a team of regionally focused skilled SEs.
• Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
• Drive team accountability to deal management in Salesforce.
• Ability to travel 25-50%
• Cloud security experience
• AWS / Azure / GCP hands on experience
• Network engineering experience / background
• Strong operating system, virtual machine and container knowledge
• Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks
• Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates and keys

Compensation

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Base Pay Range $199,500 — $220,500 USD

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
