We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Member to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and management by performing administrative and customer service duties on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about locations ETA's and other pertinent information for drivers and company equipment
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in customer service, AND Dispatch
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office Experience
