We are looking for a business development professional to grow our

Civil Agents is looking for a Business Development professional to grow our roster of municipalities serviced by Recycle by City. This is an exciting opportunity to provide outreach and sales strategies for new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities :

Identify and research potential municipalities that would benefit from Recycle by City's services

• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with management to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline through Hubspot
• Track and report on the status of proposal components though Hubspot
• Conduct ongoing market research
• Work with management to prepare and submit sales contracts

Required Skills :

Compensation :

$13 per hour, 4-8 hours per week, plus 21% commission based on contract price (excluding set-up fees)

Bonus : $500 per contract when 3 or more contracts are initiated within a 3-month period
