Facility : Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

Location : Rahway, NJ

Shift : Full-Time | 7 AM – 3 PM

Salary Range : $95,000 – $105,000 per year (Depending on Experience) - Sign-On Bonus

Adriot Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Rahway, NJ is seeking an experienced and motivated Unit Manager (RN) to lead our Subacute Floor . If you’re a compassionate, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, we’d love to have you on our leadership team!

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily nursing operations on the Subacute Floor.

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff (LPNs and CNAs), including administering disciplinary actions when necessary.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and participate in state surveys and inspections.

Monitor medication passes, care plans, and treatment schedules.

Lead investigations of incidents and grievances with proper documentation and follow-through.

Collaborate with physicians, MDS team, and social services to ensure quality resident care and smooth discharge planning.

Monitor admissions and re-admissions to minimize hospitalization risks.

Requirements :

Active RN license in New Jersey (required).

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a nursing or healthcare setting.

At least 6 months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
