Job description10+ years of progressive experience in safety, quality, or risk management (construction or manufacturing industry preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus) In-depth knowledge of AISC Certified Steel Erector Standards , OSHA, and related industry compliance programs – Required Recognized certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent (preferred) Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities Proven success in implementing and managing quality and safety management systems Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally to job sites as needed (approx. 25%) Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship Ability and desire to relocate to Tennessee Competitive salary up to $140,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus opportunities for high performance Company vehicle + fuel card Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) Direct influence over companywide safety and quality systems A collaborative, values-driven leadership team Long-term career growth with a financially stable, well-established organization Apply today and help shape the future of construction quality and safety.
