K&L Wine Merchants is seeking an Operations Associate to be a critical part of the warehouse and logistics team that oversees our customer storage business, RareStorage. The scope of this role includes processing of inbound inventory deliveries, processing outbound requests and maintaining impeccable RareStorage facility organization. This is a physically active role perfect for a warehouse operations professional eager to manage product flow of our customer's product in and out of our storage facility. WhatYoull Be Doing :

• Responsible for conducting inventory of inbound deliveries, processing outbound requests, and consolidating collections in an accurate and timely manner.
• Executes facility duties including but not limited to preparing outbound pallets and small parcel local delivery, packing of common carrier shipments, breakdown of inbound pallets, and general cleaning and organization.
• Uses proprietary software (Vault) accurately for all facets of inventory management, including collection audits.
• Resolves Customer Service Module (CSM) requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Constructs shipping and handling materials (e.g. boxes, racking) as needed.
• Maintains facility safety, cleanliness, and organization as directed by company policy and the RareStorage Operations Manager.
• Executes all other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience operating a forklift, or willingness to learn.
