General Summary

This position is responsible for managing the business development function and strategy in the Eastern Sierras and Kern County to ensure support of the region and Company's short- and long-term profitability.

Essential Job Accountabilities

• Continuously build intimate insight and knowledge of business region customers, their business, what is necessary for the customer to be successful, and the value that our current and future products deliver to the customer.
• Contribute to the development of the regions strategic plan.
• Support and contribute to RFQ & RFP preparation as necessary.
• Manage the execution of the business development strategy within the Group.
• Develop and maintains relationships with Engineering firms, Contractors / Developers to ensure future partnerships.
• Research key projects to ascertain funding / potential risks / potential partners / competition including tracking potential projects over $5M within Commence Database.
• Review capital programs for each State DOT, Transit owners, USACE, and other major owners.
• Support operations of the region to meet short- and long-term business objectives.
• Help create and execute Company-wide business development strategies.
• Actively participate in designated industry associations / trade groups.

Base Salary Range :

$124,119.00 - $186,178.00

Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
