Location : Venice, FL (Remote 2 days a week - after probation)

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent (W-2)

Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST

Salary : $46,800–$58,500 (based on experience)

About the Role :

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, full-service insurance agency based in Venice, FL.

They are seeking a Personal Lines New Business Marketing Specialist to join their growing team.

This position involves handling inbound calls, quoting new personal lines business, and marketing to carrier partners. After the first 6 months in-office, up to 2 remote days per week are available.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of personal lines insurance experience
• Experience quoting and marketing to carriers
• Active Florida 440 license (or willingness to obtain 220 – agency paid)
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Comfortable working full-time in-office for the first 6 months
• W-2 employment with benefits (health, PTO, etc.)
