Amergis is seeking a compassionate and experienced Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to support two small groups of students in a nurturing and structured learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.

Position Details

Role : Early Childhood Special Education Teacher

Location : Appleton, WI

Caseload : Two groups (morning and afternoon), 6-8 students per group

Schedule : Full school year

Hours : Full-time

Pay Rate : $50 / hour + Full Benefits

Responsibilities

Provide individualized instruction and support to early childhood students with special needs

Collaborate with families and school staff to develop and implement IEPs

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Support emotional and behavioral development through structured routines and interventions

Qualifications

Experience working with children in special education settings (required)

Ability to obtain or hold a valid DPI license (required)

Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills

Passion for early childhood education and inclusive practices
