Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of C++ tools and workflows for Unreal Engine

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to propose effective solutions for tools development

Manage the full lifecycle of tool initiatives from ideation to deployment and support

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience writing production-level C++ code in large-scale codebases

Able to drive projects through their full lifecycle from concept to maintenance

Proven ability to manage time and resources while balancing competing priorities

Able to articulate technical concepts and advocate for quality standards

Able to plan work according to priority, risk, and incremental value delivery
