Job description

Job Opportunity : Family Law Attorney at Boutique Recruiting

Join Boutique Recruiting as a Family Law Attorney in Stuart, FL. This full-time position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year . The role involves managing family law cases, client consultations, and legal proceedings, with opportunities to expand into civil litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations and acquire new clients
  • Manage cases from start to finish
  • Develop case strategies and oversee legal proceedings
  • Draft legal documents and pleadings
  • Perform discovery and legal research
  • Represent clients in court hearings
  • Collaborate with paralegals and review their work
  • Maintain communication with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Family Law Attorney
  • Interest in civil litigation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; training in Clio software provided
