As a Producing Agent with Farmers Insurance, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and helping individuals and families find insurance solutions that meet their personal and commercial needs. Responsibilities
- Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community involvement
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage (Auto, Home, Life, Business, etc.)
- Provide personalized insurance solutions while meeting sales targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders through excellent customer service
- Conduct policy reviews, handle renewals, and offer additional products as needed
- Stay current on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and Farmers Insurance products
- Ensure compliance with all state insurance regulations and Farmers policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)Prior sales or insurance experience preferred but not requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goalsProficient in using CRM tools, email, and other sales softwareHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefits :
