Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer needs drive priorities and decisions
Execute monthly reporting on KPIs and assess new feature requests from customers
Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to provide proactive support and recommendations for site performance enhancements
Required Qualifications
BS / BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2-3+ years of experience in automotive digital advertising account management
Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategies
Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, or Mobile
Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools
