Project Manager with Engineering Background

A company is looking for a Project Manager with an engineering background (not IT).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Appliance Upgrade Program (AUP), managing daily operations and contractor interactions

Develop and implement innovative strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred

PMP, Six Sigma, and / or Lean certification preferred

Experience with government forms and understanding of state energy / environmental economic development issues

Proven project management experience with minimal supervision

Strong understanding of Salesforce systems and experience in managing utility incentive programs
