The ideal candidate will have experience helping our local Branch Offices grow Hispanic / Latino recruiting and sales within the community.
Requirements :
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
- At Least Five Years Field Management Experience
- Proven Track Record In Recruiting
- Experience Working With Career Agents
- Strong Leadership Skills
