International Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, International Tax (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage the annual and quarterly tax provision process, coordinating with external auditors and tax professionals

Assist with global tax planning and the implementation of tax planning strategies

Manage the preparation and filing of European federal and local income and indirect tax returns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Professional accounting designation strongly preferred (CPA, CA or equivalent)

Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a Taxation Manager position

Minimum of 3 years experience in a large public accounting firm with EMEA tax experience

Strong understanding of EMEA tax and US GAAP Accounting for Income Taxes standards

Management of staff and multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
