The job :

• Design and manage hydraulic infrastructure for transportation projects across North Carolina, including stormwater systems, roadway drainage, and erosion control.
• Perform hydrology and hydraulic analyses using MicroStation, GEOPAK Drainage, HEC-RAS, and other tools to support the design and construction of culverts, bridges, and stormwater ponds.
• Lead technical efforts in stormwater management, outfall analysis, and water quality BMPs across diverse transportation-related projects.
• Conduct fieldwork to verify site conditions and support accurate, responsive design solutions.
