KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

• Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas : payroll, talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture and workforce analytics
• Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
• Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation efforts
• Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides
• Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
