We're looking for a tech-savvy, service-oriented IT Support Technician to join our growing team at American Consumer Credit Counseling (ACCC) . In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all things IT - helping employees resolve issues quickly, managing help desk tickets, and assisting with larger IT projects.
No two days are the same here - one day you're setting up new workstations, the next you're troubleshooting security alerts or updating software patches.
