Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of related experience in lease accounting
• Knowledgeable and professional, capable of :
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 842 and U.S. GAAP
• Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to perform reconciliations and journal entries
• Experience managing lease data and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks / projects with moderate complexity

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• CPA certification
• Experience with FinQuery Lease software
• Experience in a corporate accounting environment
• Familiarity with system upgrades, M&A activity, and policy updates
• Prior involvement in audit preparation and support
