About the Role : IPSY is the beauty industry's most powerful platform, with millions of members engaging with our products and content every month. We are now building the IPSY Media Network a retail media business designed to help brand partners reach highly engaged beauty enthusiasts, drive awareness, and convert sales by leveraging IPSY's unique customer data and community.
This senior media sales and strategy leader will launch, grow, and scale the IPSY Media Network. This is a rare opportunity to build a new business unit from the ground up inside one of the most dynamic companies in beauty and subscription commerce.
This leader will be responsible for setting the vision, shaping the go-to-market strategy, building best-in-class offerings, and delivering revenue growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in media sales, packaging, pricing, retail media networks, and agency relationships, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and proven success building and leading high-performing teams. We are looking for an executional leader that can roll up their sleeves and directly drive sales while building out a broader supporting organization and processes.
This position reports to the Chief Business Development Officer and can be based remotely in New York or Los Angeles.

Salary Range : $200,000 - $265,000 USD
