A company is looking for a Software Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve issues across SaaS and on-prem environments
Provide hands-on technical assistance and analyze logs and datasets to identify root causes
Mentor support teams and improve customer-facing knowledge base content
Required Qualifications
Technical degree or 2+ years in SaaS Technical Support or equivalent experience
Experience querying large datasets in relational databases
Experience troubleshooting public / private REST APIs and third-party integrations
Familiarity with agile SDLC and modern programming / scripting languages
Experience with Windows Server
