Michelin Starred hospitality company is seeking a General Manager to join their Catering division. The company mission is To make this the most enjoyable place to work in and the most enjoyable place to dine.

However, this role does require experience at the General Manager or AGM level in either an upscale service driven restaurant setting or elevated boutique catering & events company.

Our ideal candidate has at least

two years of management experience in off-premise catering or food delivery operations. Additional experience in restaurant management is preferred.

The General Manager is a leader before anything else. They are someone who inspires and motivates their team. They challenge their team and reward them as well.

Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day off-premise catering operations, assisting in staff training and education, and looking everyday at our current operations and seeing how we can work smarter, cleaner, faster, more precise, and at a higher level.
