Agile Retail is seeking a Virtual Product Specialist (VPS) who is passionate about customer engagement, communication, and providing world?class service. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, connecting with customers daily, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Youll play a key part in strengthening customer relationships, supporting product initiatives, and driving impact across a fast?paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone and virtual platforms to provide product information, assistance, and exceptional service.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal CRM and communication tools.
• Collaborate cross?functionally with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
• Represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism in all customer interactions.
