Qualifications
Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of IllinoisOne year experience as a licensed Physical Therapist preferred, but new grads are welcome to applyPhysical Therapists with Pelvic Health experience are welcome to apply (50 / 50 split between Pelvic Health and Ortho)Pay Range
USD $78,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 / Yr.
