Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben im Detail :

  • Du setzt unsere Projekte visuell in Szene – ob Videodreh oder Fotoproduktion.
  • Du schneidest Videoformate passgenau für verschiedene Kanäle und sorgst für einen professionellen, kreativen Look.
  • Du entwickelst eigenständig Motion-Design-Elemente, die unseren Inhalten Dynamik und Charakter verleihen.
  • Du denkst crossmedial – und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Inhalte auf allen Plattformen stimmig und wirkungsvoll funktionieren.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast fortgeschrittene Erfahrung mit Video-, Film- und / oder Fotoprojekten und kennst den Produktionsalltag.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Schnitt- und Effektprogrammen wie Adobe Premiere Pro und After Effects.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in Setdesign, Lichtsetzung und Tontechnik mit – und weißt, worauf es beim Dreh ankommt.
  • Du fühlst dich auch in der Bildbearbeitung zuhause und arbeitest routiniert mit Photoshop.
  • Du bist technisch versiert und findest pragmatische Lösungen – egal ob beim Aufbau, Setup oder in der Postproduktion.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Gestaltung, Marken und visuelles Storytelling – und bleibst bei Trends am Puls der Zeit.
  • Du sprichst sehr gutes Englisch und bist auch in internationalen Projekten kommunikationssicher unterwegs.
