Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the production lines and staff, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience and be capable of managing a workforce of 50-200 people. This role involves both the hands-on management of production processes and the business side responsibilities, such as managing labor and production variances, scrap rates, and throughput. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required. Manufacturing experience in beverage (hot fill) and / or personal products highly desired.
