• Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, motivated

• HVAC Technician
• with experience in residential and light commercial systems. You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and service of heating and cooling systems including heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, mini-splits, and ductwork.
• Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues on-site
• Perform system diagnostics and recommend solutions
• Provide clear communication with customers and team
• Complete work orders and reports using company software (Housecall Pro experience a plus)
• Follow safety procedures and uphold high standards of workmanship
• Requirements
• 3+ years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions
