What You'll Do
Safety is E2 Optics' number one Core Value. Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies. Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture. Responsible for identifying qualified low voltage talent and negotiating compensation, benefits, and terms of employment. Source applicants through various methods including social, job boards, researching and referrals. Review resumes and qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers. Extend offers of employment within company procedures. Travel : The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2
What We're Looking For
Education : High School Diploma required, associate, or bachelor's degree Experience : 3+ years structured cabling recruiting experience required 2+ years experience in candidate sourcing solutions. Staffing agency recruiting experience preferred. Skills : Good work habits under pressure. High energy level. Detail oriented.

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and / or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance.
