Tech-24, a member of the HCI portfolio, is a national provider of installation, preventative maintenance, and emergency repair services for foodservice and HVAC equipment.
The Company serves convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and concession operations, among other food service establishments.
Position Overview :
The Market Sales Manager will increase sales through new business development and existing accounts. Primary responsibility is to increase sales to new and existing customers, ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and create profitable results in the assigned market.
We are looking for someone with strong B2B sales experience in the service industry.
Essential Functions :
Implement sales plan within the assigned territory to increase sales of PMs and reactive service to target customer(s) in existing markets and new markets.
Make professional presentations to inform and sell our programs and services to prospects.
Network with Core Business equipment dealers, Market Managers, and manufacturers representatives and suppliers to increase referrals.
Assist operations in the clarification and resolution of customers concerns regarding our services.
Consistently update our CRM database records regarding customer contacts.
Present customer training presentations developed by Marketing and Training departments.
Identify equipment inventory in new markets and provide information to local management.
Ability to work remotely with laptop computer and effectively communicate at all employee levels through multiple communication tools (voicemail, e-mail, cell phone).
Must have strong telephone skills to deal with variety of circumstances and situations with customers, suppliers, and other daily activities.
Time Management skills with the ability manage multiple projects.
Requirements :
To perform at a proficient level and be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have :
1. Education (Minimum Needed) : High school graduate / GED or the equivalent
2. Experience : 5 years experience in B2B sales - required
3. Valid driver's license AND acceptable motor vehicle record
4. Experience in the restaurant industry preferred
5. Travel 60 75% of your time
6. Must be able to handle conflict and make effective decisions under stress.
7. Must be able to solve problems and determine the best course of action
