Job description5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC project management, with a focus on air and water side systems. Strong understanding of HVAC mechanical systems, including ductwork, AHUs, VAVs, chilled / hot water piping, pumps, and coils. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore), Blue beam Revu, and Microsoft Excel. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Job Description
- Manage all financial aspects of HVAC construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Collaborate with the General Superintendent to align labor hours and manpower with project goals.
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
- Support procurement and delivery of HVAC equipment and materials.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
