Overview

Executive Director RCFE – The Ivy at Golden Gate is a premier senior living community. Managed by Oakmont Management Group, we provide exceptional quality, comfort, and care with five-star services and amenities. The Executive Director is responsible for the efficient operations and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of their Community in accordance with property policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations. They will hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff in accordance with company policy. The Executive Director is also responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy; achieving and maintaining budgetary compliance; professionally representing the property to the community and the Corporation, and creating a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for the residents.

Base pay and compensation

Base pay range : $150,000.00 / yr - $165,000.00 / yr. Pay Range noted in the job post : $150,000 - $165,000.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct day-to-day operations of the community in alignment with company policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families, and the Corporation; promote a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents.
