HR Generalist | NYC
CFS is working with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to hire a Human Resources Generalist to support their growing team. Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and internal HR support
- Process bi-monthly payroll (hourly and salaried) through ADP
- Administer benefits enrollment, including open enrollment cycles
- Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, reference checks, and coordinating writing exams
- Lead new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Assist leadership in maintaining a supportive and engaged work culture
What We're Looking For :
3+ years of HR experience, especially in payroll, benefits, and employee relationsStrong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive issuesFamiliarity with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferredComfortable with flexible scheduling (any 5 of 7 days) and hybrid in-office requirementsOrganized, responsive, and positive in approach-someone who finds solutions, not roadblocks#LI-KR2
