We are a general contractor specializing in luxury residential construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, planning, and execution of high-end residential projects in the Jersey Shore area.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must be highly organized and possess excellent time management and communication skills. We are expanding our presence in the area, and this person will serve as the on-site, client-facing representative for all our Jersey Shore projects moving forward.

We are looking for someone who is either local to Mantoloking or able to commute there daily. Our main office is located in Maplewood, where we also handle many projects.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience with coastal construction
• Prepare and maintain project schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist the Project Manager by serving as the eyes and ears on-site (as the PM will only be on-site 1–2 times per week)
• Communicate project progress effectively with client, and PM
• Help manage subcontractors on-site
