Compensation

We offer competitive pay based on the market, and select employees are eligible for commission or bonus pay. We also provide a 100% match on all contributions up to 4% of annual salaries.

We’ve got you covered – literally. Our medical, dental, and vision plans come with 100% company-paid premiums for employees on the majority of plans, as well as generous contributions towards dependent premiums, including non-married and / or same-sex partners, and children (bio, step and foster). Time Off

We’re big fans of time off and offer generous vacation and sick time including 14 paid holidays, and paid “Summer Days”. We cover various paid leaves, including jury duty, bereavement, pregnancy loss and disability leaves. No matter how your family grows, we provide 20 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents (birth, non-birth, foster, or adoption). And to close out the year, we have an annual Quiet Period where we shutdown for 2 weeks.
