Key Responsibilities
Forecast and manage budgets for paid media channels to maximize ROI
Own performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms, optimizing campaigns and testing strategies
Analyze creative performance and funnel metrics to improve acquisition and reduce costs
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Paid Media, particularly with DTC brands
Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok is a plus
Experience managing budgets of $1M+ / month
Proven ability to scale new customer acquisition funnels
Experience leading creative strategy and performance optimization
