ERC Project Manager

About ERC :

ERC is an environmental contractor serving the environmental and civil contracting industry centered around soil and water quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and estimate civil / environmental construction projects (spills, cleanups, remediations, tank removals, restorations, demolitions, brownfield work).
  • Oversee project execution, field crews, and supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Read plans, estimate costs, manage schedules, implement quality control, and ensure safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality control programs.
  • Participate in business development and client relations.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of field staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in project management or estimating for civil / environmental construction projects.
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software and construction plan take-offs preferred.
  • Education : High school diploma or vocational training required.
  • Other : Valid driver’s license; ability to work both independently and in teams; strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Competitive pay based on experience ($70,000-$90,000 annually).
