CRNA Opportunity – Northwest Indiana

Excellent ongoing locum opportunity at a supportive hospital-based, all-CRNA site in Northwest Indiana.

Assignment Details :

Start Date : January 21, 2026 – Ongoing

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00a–3 : 00p + call (3p–7a)

Call : Every night; minimal call backs (average 2–3 per month)

Setting : Hospital-based; 1 OR

Cases : General, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, GYN, Podiatry

Skills Required : Epidurals, spinals, and blocks

EMR : Medaxion

Credentialing : 60–90 days (temps available for qualified candidates)

Requirements :

Active Indiana license

NBCRNA certification

BLS, ACLS, PALS

Clean background and malpractice history preferred
