Job Summary :

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Business Manager is critical in ensuring the financial health, a dynamic workforce, and operational efficiency of Incarnate Word High School. This position oversees all financial operations, manages the physical plant, serves as the liaison for human capital management with our third-party administrator (ADP, and supports the school's mission while upholding its Catholic values.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the school’s financial sustainability.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, financial forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and financial audits.
• Work with the school's leadership to prioritize resource allocation and maintain fiscal accountability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
