Job Description
Supports the development and maintenance of the comprehensive 5-year long range financial and capital plan.
Models financial scenarios to assist in long-range planning.
Works collaboratively across the system to conduct enterprise level financial analysis projects and summarize key findings and recommendations.
Maintains key reports including debt capacity and compliance reports, ratio reports, and key utilization and metrics to support decision making.
Prepares executive level summaries and presentations on key findings.
Manages projects across multiple teams to completion.
Additional Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in business or related courses and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience. Experience in Healthcare preferred.
A Master’s Degree can substitute for related years of experience.
Qualifying experience must include financial reporting and analysis responsibilities. Strong excel skills are required. Must have the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
Employee must have good oral and written communication skills.
